Football Victoria and Capital Football are taking expressions of interest (EOI) for their upcoming AFC Level 1 Futsal Coaching course.
Held in conjunction with Football Australia, the course lasts six days at a time and is the entry point for Futsal coaches to begin their career. It has a focus on the development of players individual technique and tactics, plus an introduction to dualities and transition.
The Asian Football Confederation (the AFC) will get participants started on coaching process and methodology, as sessions will be supported by instructor and participant led practical sessions.
To do well in the course, participants are required to successfully demonstrate an understanding of the coaching process and methodology in an on course practical, as well as a dissertation.
Completion of Level 1 will grant participants the opportunity to head to Level 2, an extension of philosophy on training individual players role within group situations, transitional play and coaching psychology.

Capital Football will hold their course at Mpowerdome in Tuggeranong, costing $1100.
