Sandybay Media is an Australian media outlet that covers women’s football from grassroots all
the way up to the elite level. Launched by Founder and Owner Rohit Kumar, the online platform
has a main focus on female football – providing awareness and exposure to community clubs
and organisations.

Through use of multimedia, Sandybay Media provides versatility in coverage that includes
player/coach interviews, promoting special guests and highlighting key events.
In 2022 they developed partnerships with the;

● KCAC (Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference, NAIA Conference based in Kansas with
colleges/universities from Kansas, Oklahoma and Nebraska)

● MAAC (Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, NCAA D1 Conference based in New Jersey with
colleges/universities from New York, Connecticut and NJ)

● Series Futsal Victoria (to cover Series Futsal Women)

Key highlights from 2022 (from 6th Jan to 6th Oct) social media;

● 97,613 people reached

● 24 American Colleges/Universities Represented from NCAA D1 &D2, NAIA, NJCAA

● 11% Growth in viewers from America.(with the aim of reaching 25% by the end of 2022)

In 2023, Rohit wants to build and expand upon the achievements of 2022 by touring the USA for
a FULL calendar year covering and reporting on Women’s Sports In America – both at collegiate
and club level.

The US Women’s Tour 2023 consists of three part in a three-seasons series;

Part One: Spring Season – Women’s Collegiate Sports In America.
● Will focus on covering women’s sports outside of soccer at the collegiate level.

Part Two : Summer Season – Women’s Summer Competition.
● The focus shifts towards soccer at the club level.

Part Three : Fall Season – Women’s Soccer Coverage of KCAC and MAAC.
● Continuing their coverage of the MAAC and KCAC Women’s Soccer in person.
